These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of betterratequote.com (the "Site"), operated by Next Phase Ventures LLC ("Better Rate Quote," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What We Do
Better Rate Quote is a marketing and lead-generation service that connects consumers with insurance comparison services, including our partner Hello Genius Auto, and with licensed insurers and agents. We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and we do not provide insurance quotes, sell policies, or make coverage or pricing decisions. Any rates, coverage, or savings are determined solely by the insurers and providers you are connected with, based on your individual circumstances.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request.
Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting your information, you authorize Better Rate Quote and its partner Hello Genius Auto to contact you about your request by email, telephone, and SMS — including by automatic dialing system or pre-recorded message — at the number and email you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time as described on our Unsubscribe page or in our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantees
The Site and our service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that any rate will be lower than your current rate, or that any particular savings, coverage, or eligibility will result. Availability varies by state, and the service is not offered in all states.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Rate Quote and Next Phase Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or your interactions with insurers, agents, or comparison partners. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Third-Party Services
When you submit a request, you may be connected with Hello Genius Auto and with insurers or agents who operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the products, services, content, or practices of these third parties.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned by Next Phase Ventures LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site without our written permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better Rate Quote and Next Phase Ventures LLC from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
